Plan for Success

Please help us help you have the best birthday party experience by following the below steps:

  • Please make sure all Adults and Kids have filled out their WAIVERS https://funzillahamilton.aluvii.com/employee/Waiver/SignWaiver2?waiverId=1

  • All guests including adults should be wearing SOCKS

  • Please provide us with the GUEST LIST at your earliest convenience so we can make sure all waivers are filled out in our system. It would make our check-in process faster and smoother on the day of the event. (first and last names of Adults and Kids)

  • We will need all guest to leave the facility after the party time. 

  • You can arrive 15 mins before the party for set-up.

  • The Toddler section is only for children 0-2yrs.

  • No rough play.

  • No Furniture is to be moved from play rooms.

  • Parents/Host will be responsible for the children at all times.

DECORATION POLICY

 

In order to maintain a safe environment for your children, we are unable to allow piñatas, sparklers (or sparkler candles), glitter, confetti (or balloons filled with confetti), silly string or any confetti or streamer cannons. No exceptions. In the event that such items are brought into the facility, additional clean-up charges will be applied to your account in the amount of $500 per occurrence. Balloons, streamers and banners are allowed as long as a light adhesive is used (scotch tape) and they do not cause any damage to the facility or party room. Additional charges will be applied to your account for any damages that occur to the party room or facility due to decorations.

FOOD POLICY

  • You may bring in your own food and drinks when you book a party at IMAGINASIUM with only a couple of limitations:

  • No peanuts/nuts, popcorn, open candy or gum, Seafood/Shellfish

  • No Cheetos, Cheesy puff or messy chips allowed. Normal potato chips are fine. 

  • No heating or cooking devices of any kind, glass containers/bottles,

  • Any foods with offensive odours will have to be removed from the facility

  • Cake smashes are not permitted.

  • No Ice-cream or Ice-cream Cakes are allowed.

  • No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

  • All food brought in for parties must be kept and consumed in the party room. 

  • No open drinks such as large bottles of pop or cups. Juice boxes, bottled water or cans of pop are fine.

 

Guest List Format: 

FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE GUEST LIST AHEAD OF TIME IN THE FORMAT BELOW WILL RESULT IN DELAYS DURING CHECK-IN
