  • Can I change my playtime booking timeslot?
    Yes you can. Please send an email to info@imaginasiumancaster.ca
  • Can I bring my own food, if I have booked a playtime booking?
    Yes, you can bring light lunch as long as it abides by our food policy. No cakes, cupcakes or singing happy birthday without a pre-booked event.
  • Can I cancel or change my playtime booking?
    You can change your booking at no charge. Cancellation fee is 20% of the total booking amount + $5.00 for E Transfer of the refund. Please send us an email at info@imaginasiumancaster.ca if you need to change your date or cancel a booking
  • Can my party be cancelled by Imaginasium Ancaster?
    Yes. If there is a guest (Adult or Child) that is unruly and disrespectful towards the facility or staff, your party maybe cancelled without a refund.
  • Can I bring my own food, if I have booked an event?
    Yes you can. The foods that are not allowed include anything that is not school safe, no nuts, no ice cream, no open drinks, no popcorn, cheerios and no foods that can make a mess. Cake, Pizza, Veggie Platter, Fruit Platter are all good. Deliveries to the facility are permitted for anyone who has booked an event.
  • How long can guests stay?
    For drop in play, there is no time limit from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday, there is a 2 hour time limit to help manage the capacity. Parties are two hours in duration and you have 30mins of additional playtime after your event.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    No. It is not.
  • Do adults need socks and waiver?
    Yes and Yes.
  • How do I know a date and time is available?
    Please click on Book Now and follow the steps. It will show you what is available.
  • Do I need a reservation for playtime?
    It is not mandatory, we welcome drop-ins as long as we have capacity. However, reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.
  • Can I come early to setup for my party?
    Absolutely. You can come 15min early to setup (No Earlier). Our staff can help you bring stuff into the facility and help set you up in the party room. If you need more setup time we recommend that you book two party slots back to back to avoid disappointment.
  • Do kids under 1yr count towards guest count?
    No. They do not.
  • Can we have more than 60 guests?
    Yes you can. Our facility can accommodate upto 90 people.
